It is understandable that life happens and can change what we had

planned to accomplish in our day.

Our policies are here to help navigate the unexpected

and to be mindful of all of our clients fairly.

 

If you find you need to cancel or reschedule,

PLEASE immediately message us through the chat box, 24 hours before your scheduled booked service time, 

and we'll reply as soon as we can and get you taken care of.

BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICIES

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A deposit is required at the time of service booking, and will be applied to the balance of the booked service. The remaining balance of the service is to be paid at the completion of the service.

NO SHOWS POLICIE

NO SHOWS

All scheduled appointment services are required to pay a deposit, at time of service booking, and will be applied to the service balance.

Late Cancellations and NO Shows forfeit all deposit refunds; making the deposit non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

You will need to reschedule or cancel your booked service 24 hours before your scheduled booked service time or it will be considered a Late Cancellation.

All scheduled appointment services are required to pay a deposit, at time of service booking, and will be applied to the service balance.

Late Cancellations and NO Shows forfeit all deposit refunds; making the deposit non-refundable.

LATE CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

LATE CANCELLATIONS

You will need to reschedule or cancel your booked service 24 hours before your scheduled booked service time or it is considered a Late Cancellation. It is also considered a Late Cancellation if you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled service. Late arrival affects the time needed to perform a quality service and also affects the scheduling of other clients.
